Adnan Shah is an Innovative, energetic, and accomplished senior IT executive with over 20 years of track record. Proficient in managing complex and sizeable federated IT environments, he is a seasoned executive with broad experience developing organizational strategy and vision through partnership and collaboration.
He completed his tenure in the federal government as Deputy CIO for Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In doing so, he oversaw a team of two hundred-plus people to deliver value and a multi-hundred million dollar budget for technology and innovation to achieve the desired goals.
As Chief Executive Officer at JASTek, Adnan leads the effort to bring innovation and leadership to the multiple technologies’ portfolio. Adnan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State & George Mason University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Dr. Safi Kaskas
Senior Advisor
Dr. Kaskas is a Senior Advisor for JASTek. Dr. Safi Kaskas is an administrator in the managerial sciences with over 40 years of broad-based experience in strategic planning, leadership, and business ethics with an emphasis on strategic management in the corporate and academic worlds.
He is a co-founder of East West University, Chicago, IL; and was elected as President of its Board of Directors from 1979 – 2005.
Under his leadership of the Board, East West University acquired its accreditation from the North Central Association and developed a strong fundraising network that built a solid foundation for its continued growth. He is currently a member of the University’s Board of Directors and a strategy consultant for a number of business organizations in the USA and Saudi Arabia. Dr. Kaskas helped many mid-level and large corporations successfully develop their business portfolios. His consultant firm focused on strategic development within the health care industry and founded the American Strategic Healthcare Management Company (ASHM) which owns diagnostic centers and plans to acquire healthcare institutions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabic. He organized, participated and moderated hundreds of business seminars, workshops and lectures on strategic management and business ethics and a variety of related topics.
Ayman Mohamed

Ayman Mohamed leads technology strategy at JASTek, bringing over 20 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML innovation, and scalable software platforms. He has successfully delivered enterprise-grade solutions across healthcare, e-commerce, and identity security—driving both startup growth and global transformation initiatives.
Ayman’s leadership spans roles at SAP, AWS, and American Well, where he architected cloud-native systems, built high-impact engineering teams, and led major product launches used by millions. His work includes developing real-time telehealth platforms, AI-powered identity protection tools, and large-scale observability systems at AWS.
At JASTek, Ayman focuses on helping clients across the U.S. and the Middle East accelerate innovation, modernize infrastructure, and unlock value through secure, future-ready technologies.
Syed W Ali
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Syed Wasim Ali is a technologist with 28 years of experience conducting research, designing, and developing solutions in data communication, telecommunication, and identity management. He brings experience working with the business and product organizations to uncover new sources of revenue for the organization and deliver value to the customers.
Most recently, Syed served as a VP of Engineering at Airside Mobile/Onfido, where he helped build the US Engineering team from the ground up and built a high-performing engineering team.
As a CTO at JASTek, Syed will lead the firm’s technology strategy and operations. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the technology investments are aligned with its business goals. Lead the technology team responsible for developing and implementing new products and services. Work closely with the clients to achieve their business and technology objectives.
Syed holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
